Mike England

My position at National Foodworks Services is Operations Manager.  I bring 25 years of experience in consumer products and food industry where I managed the processing, packaging, and sanitation functions. I am experienced in standards for producing high quality products, including GMPs, SQF, and AIB inspections. I have a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Cardinal Stritch University. During my years of experience I have developed strong equipment skills as well as skills in training and coaching all levels of food preparers and packagers.

In my experience, I have held several positions throughout food manufacturing. I learned all aspects of the of the operation in the roles of sanitation worker, machine operator, maintenance mechanic, production supervisor, warehouse supervisor, compounding supervisor, continuous improvement manager, and production manager. I have managed the start-ups of new lines and existing product lines. I have been key in producing snack mixes, corn milling, drying whey, liquid filling, cereal, toaster pastries, and tortilla chips.

I am now responsible for developing, leading, and managing continuous improvement for National Food Services (NFS) and our customers as NFS manufactures their existing product lines and brings in other food companies and entrepreneurs to co-pack or complete trials of new product development.
