The first step in our onboarding process is to discuss the most efficient and mutually beneficial way to scale production. When it comes to ongoing production, we are not like everybody else. Low minimum order quantities, production agility, and customized process development are a few of the things that set us apart.
Development + Pilot Producion
Finalizing your bar formulation is one of the most important steps in our production process. With our local relationships with food scientists, and experienced on-site staff members, National Foodworks has the ability to set your recipes up for success.
After formulation is complete, we run a Pilot Day, or a line trial, to prove concept. As a company, our staff dedicates as much one-on-one time as you need to customize our production process to your bar. While we specialize in bar production, we also make refrigerated and frozen dough, and can make baked products as well.
