Access to specialized new food ingredients that may be of particular interest to small food entrepreneurs.

Working with national companies, who make consumer products using food ingredients to help produce small batch samples for them.

Working with food banks and charities to develop specialized nutritious foods for their direct use.

Co-Manufacturing

Research and develop new products for the American and International consumer marketplace.

Food brokers who are seeking co-packing opportunities with national distribution.

Working with regional and national food distributors to help them produce specialized products that they wish to introduce to their networks.

Additional Services

Working with new or existing food entrepreneurs, who wish to expand their markets for existing products, or take up additional products with Marketing, Financial and Development Services from NFS.

Training for individuals who wish to become food entrepreneurs, in conjunction with Richland Community College and Millikin University, both located in Decatur, Illinois.

Utilize the Midwest Inland Port facility in Decatur for raw material acquisition and product distribution.
