Mark’s role is to contribute knowledge and guidance related to the long-term financial needs of the entities. This includes utilizing appropriate tax strategies and providing financial reporting and analysis to the organizations. Mark will also be a resource on general business issues.
Mark is the managing partner of Insight CPAs and Financial, LLC and Summit Tax and Accounting, LLC in Bloomington and Decatur, Illinois. Mark has more than 30 years of experience in public accounting, primarily working with small to medium size businesses and non-profit organizations, to provide accounting and tax services. In addition, Mark is an experienced business consultant, mainly focused in fraud investigation/prevention, business valuation, marital dissolution and litigation support services. Mark holds credentials as a certified public accountant (CPA), certified fraud examiner (CFE), certified business valuation analyst (CVA) and certified financial forensic analyst (CFF). Mark is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Illinois CPA Society, National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts, Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, St. Louis Chapter of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, Chicago Chapter of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and Medical Group Management Association.
