second-commercial-ovenMy name is Mark Drain – my title is production supervisor.   I handle many duties including helping install new equipment into our facility.  Early in September we installed our second commercial oven.  Along with two employees with the Reed Oven Company we installed a brand new Model 4.2R Rack Oven.  Although designed to accommodate a double oven rack holding two 18×26 inch pans per shelf, it will also operate with one or two properly designed single racks for maximum flexibility.
